What: Informal discussion and introduction
to the Essential Experience Workshop, for prospective participants and their
graduate friends. Questions answered; concerns addressed. Opportunity to meet
people involved and to enroll in upcoming workshops.
As graduates know, the Workshop is an extraordinary opportunity to explore
our lives in a safe and supportive environment and to make changes that are
important in shaping the lives we want. Inviting people in our lives to the
Workshop offers them an incredible gift of support and community.
We are inviting people to this Introduction who are considering participation
in an upcoming Workshop and who would like to meet the organizers and have
their questions answered. In addition to some time
just to mingle, we will provide some additional information about the
Workshop and the graduate community. Much of the time will be devoted to
responding to whatever questions people bring with them.
Graduates might want to accompany people with whom they have been talking
about the Workshop, or they might simply want to encourage them to come on
their own. Everyone is welcome.
Feel free to forward this information to anyone who might be interested. You
can check out other parts of our web site here, to get some of the basic
information. Of course, you need not attend this Introduction to enroll in
the Workshop.
